A few of our most notable projects include:

  • As consultant to the USS Momsen Commissioning Team, we coordinated their volunteers in the planning and execution of the first commissioning of a US Navy warship to take place in Bay County. Nearly 10 months of preparation led to a week-long series of events open to the public and culminated with the commissioning ceremony attended by over 5,000 people.
  • Our team provided temporary, interim management services for 3-4 months, at the Executive Director level, for several local not-for-profit affiliates. During the interim period, we managed full administration and operation of the organization and, further, developed and successfully executed the search methodology for finding, selecting and hiring a new, permanent Director.
  • We served as the primary consultant and coordinator of efforts to acquire real estate, form the architectural/engineer/contractor team, and obtain the necessary permits, local government and agency approvals for the development of the State Attorney/Public Defender Building on 4th Street and Magnolia Avenue. This facility not only provided space for offices formerly rented, it greatly improved the appearance of a blighted area.
